Great taste not so great ingredients
I like to snack on Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter, love the taste. The ingredients are not great it's the caner and hormone effects of BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) so moderation because in our modern world harmful food and beverages are a given, industrial chemicals and pesticides are everywhere.

Delightful snack
If you have sweet tooth cravings at night in the middle of the day for your lunchbox, it's just a great go too. You can have it with whole milk. I love to keep stuff in a Ziploc bag in my purse. They make a great midday snack. It takes it takes care of that sweet tooth and you're getting your vitamins too. Can't beat it love love love this delicious peanut butter Captain crunch I actually love all the flavors.

Super food for starting the day off right.
One of my favorites as a peanut butter fan. Loved it as a kid and still love it today as an old adult. Breakfast cereal is a great way for a growing child to get a fast, easy, tasty, and yes parents despite the sugar a nutritious meal to start their day off. It provides essential vitamins and minerals as well as grains. Provides great fuel to start the kids engines and minds for school or the day ahead. So do not fear sugar. It is good for us like all things that God has created for us. Just have to practice moderation like everything else. So parents give you children something good this morning. Sending the off on their day prepared notoriously and with a satisfied stomach and a positive attitude from the tasty meal.

Not mine on my wife's favorite anymore It tastes like they change the formula and it now has an aftertaste that my wife noticed too
