Dissatisfied and Dissapointed
I was really rooting for this product and even paid extra to have it shipped to Spain. Unfortunately the effort needed to inhale/suck is so hard that it doesn't have anything near the same effect as a vape. Its exhausting to use. I wish I could get a refund as I am just going to trash it. $100+ dollars lost. What a disappointment. I am back to zero nicotine vapes now.

This is not as advertized
I found this extremely disappointing. The instructions provide nothing to indicate that I am not using this device correctly. there was NO flavor nor was there any indication of a "throat hit" that was advertised. I could barely even get a smooth draw - or any draw at all. I assume that the product is either defective, or it is a scam. I have requested return / refund information from your website weeks ago, but have yet received any information assisting me with the product or assisting with a return. If not rectified in some way, I will make sure my grievances are posted where possiible on social media.
