It arrived earlier than expected, and even though the box was a bit damaged, everything inside was perfectly fine and well-packed. My 9-year-old daughter and I spent about 1.5 hours putting it together (l took my time and double-checked all the parts before starting). The instructions were clear, and we were even able to switch the ladder to the other side with no issues. One thing I really appreciate is the anti-slip design on the ladder-the steps have textured grips that help prevent slipping, which is a big plus with younger kids. Overall, the bed feels incredibly solid, safe, and like it'll last us many years.

Easiest assembly for a female to put together on her own like myself. It does have a bit of a squeak noise from my daughter getting out of her top bunk which may have to deal with the sturdiness of the bunk bed.

I'm honestly impressed with this bunk bed. It's super solid and feels very safe-even for adults.1 put it together by myself in about 1 hour. The instructions were clear, just make sure to follow them step by step. We reused some wooden boards from our old platform beds under the mattresses, which makes it easier to make the bed. My kids are 130 lbs and 60 lbs, and the bed holds them without any issues. I've even climbed up myself and it feels rock solid.

We've had this bed for 6months now and it's held up very well. We love the sturdiness of the bed even when my 11 year old is on the top.

This bed will get the job done. It appears to be pretty sturdy even on thick carpet. We were missing a bunch of screws but didn't realize until things were partially put together, which resulted in a trip to the hardware store since we didn't want to have to take everything apart to return it for a replacement. Once put together. we also realized that there was a big dent as well as scratched off paint and a ding on another area but we just kept it anyway because it was already put together. overall, you get what you pay for but it's a pretty good bang for your buck. We have two young children using it. I'm not sure how it would do with older kids but the slats seem pretty sturdy. overall, a bit disappointed with how it arrived. damaged with some missing things but it will get the job done on a budget.

one of the steps arrived defective, missing the interior bolt threading to hold the bolt into the socket, which mounts it onto the step rail. otherwise I think the product itself is great. awesome quality vs price and it also has a mount to keep it from moving around a lot. I didn't know that when I purchased, I was pleasantly surprised.

These bunk beds are very cheaply made and break easily. I purchased four and two of them have broken after only 4 months. The metal bars are broken and the welded metal parts are broken as well. I do not recommend! Their customer service is horrible, as I had a very hard time trying to get them to honor their warranty which is supposed to be per bed. They only offered me a refund on one bed despite two being broken.

This bed takes forever to put together. The bed is not stable which could suggest safety concerns. All of the stairs are broken off. I would not recommend this bed and wish that I could get a refund.

Had high expectations for this bed. However, I was disappointed with the lack of manufacturing quality. The welding was poorly designed and I was unable to assemble past the ladder. Item was returned.

The bars on the bottom keep falling off, my daughter is only 30 pounds idk why they keep falling off
