I caught this on sale during Black Friday and I’m so happy that I bought it! The shelving is really pretty and it comes with hooks, a toilet paper holder, three shelves, and a wire basket. It is very sturdy and looks so much better than the silver wire rack we had before. You can adjust the shelves if you want some that are taller than the others, so it’s pretty versatile. It was very easy to put together and I had it put together in about 30 to 45 minutes. I didn’t drill into the wall to use the tiedowns. If you can get this on sale for less than 40 bucks it’s definitely worth it.!!

I originally bought this shelf as a bathroom storage unit, but I’m actually using it as a plant stand—and it works beautifully! The 4 tiers give me plenty of vertical space for different plants, and it’s sturdy enough to hold everything from small succulents to larger potted plants. The open design allows great air circulation and light to reach all the shelves, which is a big plus for plant health. Assembly was straightforward, and the sleek design looks nice in my space without being bulky. It’s a great budget-friendly way to add extra storage—or in my case, a perfect indoor garden display. Highly recommend whether you’re using it above the toilet or as a creative storage solution elsewhere!

Reading the comments on this over the toilet shelving unit, I was a little nervous about assembling it. If you read the directions and make sure you don't tighten the bolts all the way it's really not difficult at all. You do need 2 people, one to hold it until it's stable and the other to assemble. It is a really nice looking unit for the price. Would buy again. Also and very important, it is NOT necessary to install the back bar near the floor if your toilet is close to the wall. The unit barely fit behind our toilet so in order for it to tip over the toilet would have to come loose from the floor!

I love this over the toilet storage shelf. It makes the bathroom look so nice. I like how sturdy it is and you can arrange the shelves at the height you want. I couldn't put it over the toilet because of the two bars at the bottom that make an "X" to make it sturdier, I suppose. This is for my basement bathroom, so I couldn't lift it and slide it behind the toilet because the ceiling is low. I put it next to the toilet, and it looks and works great. I didn't need to anchor it to the wall either. I would recommend this storage shelf. It's a steal.

With limited wall and floor space in my bedroom, I needed a shelving solution, but also wanted to keep a chair in the room. I thought an over the commode shelf would enable both the shelving and allow for the chair to sit back against the wall in the area of the unit designed for the commode. This was a good fit plus the black %26 wood look of the unit matches the other room furnishings. Looks okay and fits the desired function. Also, the unit’s assembly couldn’t have been easier. I’m happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately, this does not fit behind my toilet once assembled. Apparently my toilet is too close to the wall to allow the shelf to fit behind it. I suppose I could have taken off the criss cross supports on the back but I think that would have made the shelf too flimsy. I took the bottom section off the shelf and just used the top part elsewhere in my house as a standalone shelf. Not really what I bought it for but it's too late to send back now. This would have been a nice shelf - just take care when ordering to make sure the supports will fit behind your toilet.

While it does what it is supposed to do, I would not buy it again. I purchased this stand because it was low profile and not bulky. I did not want one that was wood as I have a very small space between tub and toilet. The main problem is the design. It had to be assembled in place or it would not have fit behind the toilet. To move it you have to take off bottom rail (not easy in small bathroom behind toilet) Also, when you do move it the bottom legs fall off every time but since they are hooked on by a thin rail they dangle and bend the rails. It is very shaky and not sturdy at all.

The picture is misleading. For example in the picture the small hooks are metal, and the ones I was delivered in the box and very very small and made out of plastic, they definitely will not hold anything on them

I rarely return items but this one... It frustrates me. It is well made and poorly designed. No assembly instructions, just a picture of the finished product and another of the basket. I am fairly good at assembling, but this one made no sense. It looks like the legs are meant to be interchangeable, but they aren't. Even after reassembling it several times to try out the options, it still wasn't what it should be. I'm pretty determined, but when I finally realized, while it allowed space for the toilet seat to lift up, it didn't allow for a human body to sit on the seat. I'm a short person, yet the clearance necessary for my head to not hit something, would require the removal of the two lowest shelves/baskets. What's the point of a four-tier shelving unit if you can only use two of the shelves? In addition, the main reason I selected this one was the cross bars. They didn't send the screws for the cross bars. Plus, there are no sets of holes that line up correctly for the bars. How they got it to work for the photo, I have no idea. Quality material, very poor design.

everything was going great until the screws to put the shelves on don't fit/screw in all the way. If I could return this I would!!! I'm going to have to go to Home Depot to find screws that will actually work!
