This is a really good drink for hydration. It's not overly sweet and it's actually really good. It's a really good substitute for the Roaring Waters when they aren't available. My daughter and I both like them.

They did not taste a difference from other varieties which can be a good thing for my picky eaters and I can be sure they are getting added nutrients. Win!! Next time we will be trying the Fruit Punch.

It must be the electrolytes in the drink that reenergize me after a busy day of doing errands. I also pack these in my kids' lunch bags and they drink them alongside a snack throughout the day. I personally love bringing a Capri Sun and throwing it in my bag. With the convenient pouch form, I can sip this while walking through the city. Please continue to add electrolytes and vitamins into these drinks! I definitely consider this a great alternative to other flavored drinks and I would definitely recommend Capri Sun Hydrate to family, friends, and to other children.
