This couch is beautiful and so vibrant blue. It seems to be made well. As for comfort it is VERY stiff. The velvet material is very soft to the to the touch. I have cats and the shed quite a bit but the fur is very easy to wipe off of this material. I'm 5'3 and can lay across this couch. I was worried about putting it in my room but it comes in pieces so I built it in the room in about 30 minutes. The box it comes in was very heavy had to open it in the driveway and bring it in piece by piece. About 6 pieces.
