Works for Me!
My weight, energy and mood has improved daily. The gel caps are on the large side so I have to drink a warm beverage to take them. I have added this to my morning routine with breakfast and together, with the EGCG green tea capsules Herbal Secrets from WalMart's on line order, I have lost 15 pounds in a 6 week time frame, so this is working. I alternate between the carnivore and keto diets. I do eat the cinnamon/raisin English muffins to stop the cravings at night for sweets. Added avocado to my eggs and bacon sandwich on sourdough bread. NO sweets! Avoid sugar, 80% of carbs and you will see results.
