It was sold as new but was an untested returned product. I have no idea, and neither do you, if there is any issue with the item.

Product works as well or better than advertised. I was concerned about it, blocking my view, mounting it on the dashboard, but if find no great problem with that, I'm would not want to be without it.!! it's very useful on trips

Installs easily and gives you carplay on your older car model. Screen is big and it's easy to control the brightness depending on daytime or nighttime.

Ive has this device for about 2 weeks and i would say that it connects easily, i didnt lose any sound using it either. im using it with an aux cord. its been stable on my dash, so no worries there. Phone calls are really quiet and i basically have to yell to talk to someone so thats a down side. other than that its been great.

My wife has a new car with all the modern features and I was hating on mine. Not anymore. For less than $200 I really feel like I have a completely new car. I like stuff that's simple and easy to install and this definitely does it for me. This thing works amazingly well and it looks great on my dash.

I'm driving a 2008 pimped out honda crv and I love my car but feeling left behind on safely using my phone while I drive. I saw an article on this unit and I figured it's worth a shot. It's the single best upgrade to my car that I have ever made and I'm gonna get the backup cam that goes with it.

I bought this to use Android Auto in my car. Install was easy but I originally had the issue of Android Auto disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. I contacted chat on the Car and Driver tech website and they pointed me to a firmware update to fix the issue. Once the firmware was updated, I haven't had any issues. The good: - Connected to my phone quickly and easily - Screen is fine The bad: - The mounting kit it came with absolutely does not work for my car. My car has a plastic dashboard with a faux leather pattern on it, and the sticky pad that is supposed to attach to it does not stick at all. Take this into account if your dashboard is like mine. - I'm 95% sure this is the exact same product as a $75 Beirui unit (search on Walmart for 10.26" Wireless CarPlay Android Auto Car Stereo with HD IPS Touch Screen). If you want this product, it's probably cheaper to just get that one.

Its easy to set up but its just laggy and feels like those free tablets you get from buying a family plan. The picture quality is also low. I dont mind the lower screen quality as much but the slow response rate of the screen is a deal breaker for me

I haven't received the order. Hard to rate and it's a gift. Delivery communication is poor.
