The stereo kit worked very well without using the recommended side panel support clips. On the instructions, it doesn't show that they are optional but they will not work with a 2008 Kenwood stereo case... I wish it said optional for those pieces on the instructions. Other than that I give it an A ...The vintage CD receiver bluetooth Kenwood stereo is now rocking in the silverado with Kenwood speakers .
Great kit all part fit and worked, except when I tried to slide unit into truck the fit was extremely tight. I had to apply some paste wax to rails of kit and existing rails in dash. Otherwise I am happy with kit and components.
