Order was not what I ordered. The two black turtlenecks not as fabric description described or pictured and not turtlenecks, were not at all what was pictured or described on order platform. The company Purcolt was ordered through Walmart online shopping. I was assured from Walmart reply about not what I ordered and that I would hear from Purcolt in couple of days. It is now one week and I have had no response about returning the two items and not heard from them regarding a return label or refund. There is no identifiable clothing label on back at neck only a tiny size tag in shoulder seam.

Just received these gloves today. Opened package, only to find that the left-hand glove is defective — the stitching was unraveled along about a one-inch section where the cuff is stitched. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them, so I repaired the unraveled area myself. Plus, the company says it accepts returns for only Unopened packages, which makes no sense in this case. These are cheaply made gloves. Also, the size medium just fits, even though my palm is exactly 7.5 inches in diameter, so I'll need to hand-wash them to prevent shrinking.

I ordered a set of 25 pairs of gloves. only received one pair.

Stitches came apart within a week.
