Caraway Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pan, 10.5"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this several times a week for all kinds of eggs and anything that needs a quick saute. It's definitely nonstick , but it will still brown the food. I liked it so much that I gifted my two daughters and my sister with one of these. They all rave that it's their favorite pan.

Please make a low-wall, non stick egg pan! Williams Sonoma has a product like this under the Stanley Tucci line. A low-wall pan with a larger flat cooking area would be amazing for cooking omelettes, crepes, pancakes and other foods. Outside of that, I'm loving my Caraway pan so far!

I bought this pan to see if it was worth the hype, since my very expensive nonstick cookware was not holding true to its claims. Needless to say, I have been blown away and am looking at buying more! I can’t rave enough about this pan and find myself using it for everything I possibly can. I am here to tell you, it is everything everyone claims it to be!

Our mid-size frying pan has been fantastic for those times when we want to prepare a quick meal and have everything come together effortlessly. The ceramic nonstick coating makes cleanup incredibly easy, and the added peace of mind from not having to worry about harmful chemicals in the cookware is a huge bonus.We've truly been enjoying our Caraway pans and are already looking forward to adding more pieces to the collection

I don't need as much oil to fry with this pan. The size is good for a family of two. It cleans up nicely, with no real effort. The shape is high enough on the sides of the pan. I would like to get the lid to go with it. It has some weight or heaviness to it but that's fine also. A ceramic pan is what I was looking for. I like this one. I will wait for a sale on the next one.

Caraway products are top notch. This is the second of this exact fry pan that I've purchased. The first did “wear out” after a couple years. It lost its non stick, but we still love it and just bought a replacement. These pans wont last forever but they last a long time and we cook in them at least once every day.

This is the second time I have purchased Caraway Pans! Beautiful color, quality cookware that goes ‘the long haul' before even thinking of needing to be replaced; my first set lasted about five (5) years before I needed a refresh and I take comfort in knowing that I am making a healthier choice for both my family—and the environment!

This is the 2nd such pan. I bought a set of the blue skillets. My wife uses it every morning to cook bacon and eggs. It was strarting to stick and was hard to clean. Therefore I got another 10" pan to see if it lasts better. We hand wash it only. Before you ask. DG

Well, I've been so excited to get my hands on this set. I cook on medium to very low heat. I am used to having ceramic pans. I've had them in the past just cheaper versions within my first week of owning a set I had to do a warranty claim because the pans were discolored on one pan in the inside of my pan is chipping on my larger frying pan.

I have this in the saute pan and the frying pan in white/gold. The heat literally turned the white around the bottom and up to the size of yellow in less than 6 months. The appearance looks awful now. I used to love having them on display, but now they look terrible.
