Caraway Ceramic Non-Stick Sauté Pan, 4.5 qt

Very pleased and appreciative of the largest sautee pan. I now. Have all 3 sautee pans and use them regularly. Food is tasting fantastic and knowing we are safe from all the toxins in other cooking pans makes us feel safe. Thanks for your excellent products!

I'm absolutely obsessed with this pan. I made a potatoes and egg dish that normally requires a lot of oil and makes the pan extremely difficult to clean but using the Caraway sautee pan allowed me to use much less oil and it made the dish tastier than ever AND cleaning the pan was a breeze!!!

We recently received the new saute pan and put it to the test making chicken piccata meatballs with angel hair spaghetti. Cooking was an absolute breeze, and the nonstick ceramic surface made the entire experience even more enjoyable.In our house, I'm the chef, and my wife not only loved how delicious dinner turned out, but also appreciated how incredibly easy the pan was to clean afterward. I now have an 8 inch frying pan, a 10 inch frying pan , and the 12 inch Saute pan. I have had the 10 inch pan for a while now and I liked it so much I ordered the other 2. They heat up quickly on low to medium heat, and nothing sticks to them. I have had many pans over the years and these are definitely the best. The Caraway pans are the only ones I will have, I can't say enough good about them. I highly recommend them. And I have a GE ceramic top range and they work great on it.

For its first use, I browned pork chops and then baked in the oven...in the same pan. I didn't know if ceramic would give me any fond for sauce or gravy but it did. That came off the bottom of the pan so easily! I appreciate having two handles to lift a full pan. It's an important safety feature for me. I'm a senior and cook most meals from scratch. I love how easy this pan is to clean. No sticking. I just washed in hot soapy water and wiped dry.

I've been using this pan almost every day and honestly really love it so far. It heats evenly, nothing sticks, and cleanup is so quick and easy. After struggling with health issues, I started to really care about the materials I was using in and around my home. I switched to cookware that I trusted and I LOVE my caraway pan!!! It's seriously the best nontoxic pan and it DOES NOT STICK! It cooks everything perfectly - just be sure not to let the pan get too hot in order to preserve its quality. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
