Tastes SURPRISINGLY GOOD!!
Wow I was pleasantly surprised at how good these tasted at far fewer carbs. I had heard about these and really wanted to try them. I am glad I did. I have a NEW PASTA that I do not feel guilty about eating.

Amazing Alternative
This is easily a new favorite in my house. I bought 4 boxes and will be happy to keep it in my pantry. It honestly tastes almost exactly the same as regular pasta to me but has a TON of fiber and less carbs. Does not have a weird taste or texture like chickpea pasta or other alternatives. My new go to.

Carbe Diem! Awesome for Low Carb Keto Diets
Carbe Diem! is the best low carb pasta we've found. Penne, rotini, spaghetti, fettuccine, elbow. All are great. Only caveat is you must cook for 18-19 minutes to reach al dente doneness. Works well with butter, cheddar cheese, and spaghetti sauces. Made from wheat, it's filling and has become a mainstay in our cupboard.

closest to the "real thing" I've found...without all the negatives! There is one other brand, but it is more expensive. Love this!

NOT WHEAT FREE
I ordered this from Walmart because it says Dairy-Free and Wheat-Free. It's not wheat-free. Walmart has labeled it wrong because of their AI labeling error. Should have said egg-free. Ingredients: Semolina (Wheat), Durum Wheat. The first two ingredients are the most abundant. So 90% Wheat.

This item arrived damaged twice. I am unable to try it. I recommend not ordering this for delivery from Walmart.
