This is one of my favorites due to the fact that it isn't just one carbohydrate and that's it. Too many carbohydrate powders are just one source and that's it. This one combines a few types as well as a few other ingredients in there as well. I usually mix half a scoop with my pre workout and sip before my workout and during.

This is a really good product for your post workout carbs. It mixes easily and since it's unflavoured I just combine it with my protein powder. I'm able to finish my workouts with more ease. Will be ordering again.

The quality and the taste of these ingredient are perfect. The size of the package is HUGE and I love it because I use it a lot for workout in my fluids. For training or for sports, it is my dose of electrolytes and I do feel the benefits of it !

How much I love the way Allmax uses the packaging of its products. So comfortable that the scoop is placed on the product opening, it is highly recommended to purchase from this company. After using the product legally I was expecting a bit more of a boost in training, unfortunately I did not feel anything special or unusual - I do not trust that indeed the product has any effect. The taste is tasteless, relatively fine for a tasteless product. I used to taste another product from another company that was tasteless, and it was really hard to use if not mixed with another product that has a strong taste. Overall a nice product, not sure that gives such a good effect, not sure recommended for everyone.

The quality is very nice and the ingredients are okay. The taste is normal for as long as you dilute it properly, it does help with workout so that's one benefit, especially in those gruesome leg day training sessions, the electrolytes definitely make a difference if you're one of those people who forget to take their vitamins and minerals or drink enough water. Sport is definitely in need of this

This has some great stuff in it for post workout. It's just a bit on the pricey side.

This is a bit hard to swallow and also a bit hard to dissolve. Still, if you can get it to dissolve and mix it with something a bit tastier, it seems to offer the hydrating benefits as advertised.

this stuff is foul. it tastes like a feeling, it's hard to describe but my mouth is and gut aren't happy when i drink this stuff. sure, it's subjective, but I've tried multiple carb powders (HBCDs, Maltos from Maize and potatoes etc) and this is by far the worst - i bought it because it was on special... doens't even mix well, and the spoon is 2 servings, which is dumb if you need precision.. will probably try to return it. i just pray i get some kind of benefit for the torture ive put myself through in trying to consume this garbage.
