I think it was kinda hard to open the package and like break the thing inside to release the cold but once you did, it was pretty great although I guess you had to shake it up a little bit every so often but it's too cold longer than expected if you kept shaking it and it's the best unit price I found an ice packs anywhere I'm definitely ordering again
