Perfect
Perfect for mortgage paperwork/legal documents

Almost Perfect But....
I needed a 3-ring binder and this one is a good choice. The D-ring slant is awesome and the fits very tightly together. I have only had it for a couple of weeks and cannot report long term use. For the price though, I at least expected pockets on the inside covers, which there aren't. It would have also been nice to have a clear outside overlay cover, so that title page, etc. could be inserted. Other than that, it is the only one I could find of its size with three holes. I am happy otherwise. Maybe the manufacturer will see this comment and at least add pockets on the inside.

I used it for legal papers
I liked the D rings that hold 8 1/2 x 11 paper but can also use the same 3 holes for legal paper. However, there were no pockets or front sleeve to insert a cover page.
