One serving is 3 gel caps they are easy to swallow. I have not noticed any fish odor after having taken a dose; I have not experienced any foul burping. They are highly concentrated to support joint, heart, eye and brain health. I highly recommend this product for your health needs.
I have taken Omega 3 by Cardio Tabs for years. I can attest that there is nothing "fishy" about it! I find myself more conscious of taking supplements as I age and I am happy to see this Extra Strength Omega 3 with Vitamin D3 which will be an extra boost for my bone health along with all the other benefits. I trust the cardiologists who have developed this product and I recommend it.
My doctor recommended Cardiotabs (from Kansas Cardiac specialists) over 10 years ago, and I have been taking it daily ever sense to keep my cholesterol in check. My doctor says that the Omega-3, along with the statin are the reason my numbers are healthy.
I like the fact that the bottle contains a sixty day supply. It is nice to actuallt have a full bottle. There is no wasted space at the top. At first I did not like the fact that I had to take three each day. However, the smaller size is easier to swallow.
I started using Red Yeast Rice about a 2 years ago because my cholesterol was consistently just above 200 - not bad enough for medications but not good either. After being on Red Yeast Rice for a few months, I was able to promote healthy cholesterol levels and they have consistently stayed in a healthy range.
I just received the cardio tabs omega-3 softgels. I like that they're highly concentrated and being in my 50s I like the support of joints, heart, and brain health. The softgels are little and easy to swallow, however, I don't like that it suggests three softgels per day. There's no fishy aftertaste at all, but again I would rather not take three a day.
I started taking Cardiotabs Curcumin at the beginning of this month (about 12 days ago). I am taking one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner. I noticed this morning that I did not have the usual achiness in my shoulder, knees, and feet that I usually feel the day after playing a lot of pickleball. I usually take a Naproxen the day after, and I was amazed that I did not need to take one this morning! This is even more amazing to me in light of the fact that I have been taking a different brand of Curcumin for years. Clearly the Theracurmin in Cardiotabs is that much more absorbed/available/concentrated than the brand I was taking. I am so happy to have found the Cardiotabs brand!
One serving is 3 gel caps and because the serving is divided into 3, it is easy to swallow. I have not noticed any fish odor after having taken a dose; and I also have not experienced and burping. So, I do recommend Cardio Tabs Omega 3. A bottle of 180 lasts 60 days.
I have been taking this product for nearly two years. I took a different CoQ10 supplement for a while before that. I then decided to stop taking the old supplement. After about a month I began experiencing cramps and recurring muscle issues. I heard an ad for CardioTabs on the radio and gave them a shot. Within a few days of regular CoQ10 ingestion, the cramps and spasms were gone.
Just started with it. No bad effects. Was very surprised at the size of the tablets.I wish they were not so large. I did not want the enteric coated ones which are I guess a lot smaller. I was reading the fish oil is better absorbed without the coating, but gave no thought to the capsule size.
