Good!
I've taken this brand of Forskolin for over two years. It has helped me maintain my weight and has taken the bloated feeling away. I just recently tried another brand that was less expensive, but I am feeling very bloated again. I'm coming back to this! Dr Oz had talked about it a couple of years ago for heart health and metabolism...he's right!

I use FORSKOLIN to regulate my bowl movements. It has been a life saver for me! I have always been constipated and I take 1-2 a night and it works. I would recommend this product to anyone that has this problem.

Good Profile
I have been taking this supplement for a little over a year. Its very hard to gauge its effectiveness due to the amount of other supplements I combine it with. But, it does appear to be a high quality and a smart addition to any stack.
