Cardiovascular Research Potassium-Magnesium Taurate, 60 Capsules

I am taking around 5 supplements and this one in particular I have noticed my pee is green with it but not to be scared, it is normal. The biggest thing it has done for me is improve my insulin resistance. I am on a weight loss journey so this has helped a ton.

This is definitely one of my family's favorite potassium magnesium mineral supplements. The benefits are really wonderful and I'd encourage anyone to research it. It contains a very high quality ingredients. I do wish the bottle size was larger but am still pleased I'm able to order through iherb.

I ended up having to take more magnesium than potassium after blood work was done and so this didn't have enough of both and I had to take one potassium and 1 magnesium separately. And it also gave me diarrhea. So the kind of magnesium in it was very strong. If you need a different make museum strength, I think that you should get your blood work done. So you know the levels..

Last summer, I ended up severely dehydrated due to the 100+ temps for over a month. I drink a lot of water but apparently it wasn't enough when the humidity was so low for so long. I got this potassium-mag supplment after reading a lot of research about how to rebalance my electrolytes. I took this every day for a month, along with some electrolyte powder and I am now back to normal. This is a reputable brand and it worked. I know we have to be careful with potassium so I don't take it now that I am back on track, but I will keep it in the health cupboard just in case.

Bought this to help with brain fog and to compliment with other supplements but I didn't notice much change. But my condition is a complex one.

I prefer their Magnesium Taurate product without the potassium, though that is often out of stock on iHerb. I tried this as a substitute, knowing that I don't always react well to potassium supplements. Potassium can make me a little edgy and this one did, so I switch to the magnesium alone when it came back in stock. This combination could be convenient for some people though. It's worth a try.
