CareFRESH Natural Soft Paper Fiber, Small Pet Bedding, Blue, 10L

I absolutely love the Carefresh small pet paper bedding! It not only absorbs my bunny's pee effectively so that it doesn't leak into his litter box but it also reduces the odor. I love that it's made of natural ingredients that won't harm my bunny if he steps on them or if he happens to be adventurous and bite it. Also, unlike other beddings, this doesn't have dust which makes it easy for your bunny's nose and for you. I only use about a handful a day because a little goes a long way. Can't recommend this enough!

This is the best paper bedding we've tried for our guinea pigs litter box. It's super absorbant, and leaves our piggies feet and bums dry when they go to the bathroom. It doesn't get smelly either, which is great. Definitely our favorite paper bedding!

Many colors to choose from which makes even doing holiday themed enclosures easy and fun! I love the white colored bedding as it has a super nice look in the enclosure as well as is natural.

My bunny, Chestnut Ryan, absolutely loves his Carefresh bedding! He's usually picky about textures, but he settles right into this one. It's super soft, really absorbent, and keeps odors under control so his space stays fresh much longer. I also appreciate that it's low-dust, which keeps both his enclosure and my home cleaner. Carefresh also helped Chestnut Ryan become the best potty-trained rabbit ever! The absorbency and consistency made it so easy for him to understand where to go, and now I tell everyone about how quickly he learned. I have been using Carefresh bedding for my rabbits for years now. We love that it is made with natural paper, no harmful toxins or chemicals, and less dust. This makes it the safest (and softest) option for those delicate little feets! We also love how you can get seasonal ones for Christmas and Halloween! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been such a game changer for our foster rabbits recovering from surgery. We have a tripod rabbit that is a Rex and needs extra softer surfaces for his paws so we use this all the time for him.

My hamster means the world to me and her health and comfort will always be my top priority. She's extremely sensitive to dust, so I'm very limited in what beddings I can use for her. Which is a very massive problem, as her cage is extremely large, being nearly 2x4 feet. That's a lot of space to fill and requires a ton of bedding. Bunny loves his soft, cozy, carefresh bedding. It is used in his clear plastic bin where he has dug two areas where he sleeps during the day and all you see are the tips of his little black ears. Carefresh bedding is also used on the floor in his cage and two litter boxes in his cage which are changed daily and cage cleaned weekly. Every Saturday while I'm cleaning his cage, I have to shut the door and he waits patiently on the floor waiting for me to finish. As soon as I open the door, he jumps in and starts rearranging the bedding to meet his satisfaction. I love Carefresh bedding because it is soft, dust free and odor absorbing. Carefresh advertises as virtually dust and allergen free, this is misleading. If you have ever bought carefresh and noticed lots of particles, that is because their dust-free claim does not include all particles like lint. When dust becomes airborne it poses a risk to rodents as they have sensitive respiratory systems, and overtime exposure can lead to serious health problems. Lint is less likely to become airborne than dust due to particle size, but it can still easily become airborne and inhaled by small animals and lead to similar respiratory issues as dust. Although lint usually settles on the sides if you think hamsters/gerbils will be constantly digging throwing these particles back up into the air. My hamster was constantly sneezing when she came out of her burrows and eventually developed a respiratory infection and was on antibiotics, they are not completely transparent about the cleanliness of the environment their bedding provides. Therefore I'm writing this review to hopefully be transparent where the company cannot. I'm speaking as someone who has purchased this bedding over 7 months, I have an idea of the general quality.
