The pedals on this item are too small. I wear a size 7 women's shoe %26 the strap would not fit around my foot. Without using the straps, the pedals tended to turn, uncomfortably, as I pedaled. The unit is made out of a lightweight plastic %26 slides easily, even while using a non skid mat. A small child may be able to use, but not a good fit for an adult.
