The plastic material is thick and the handle is firm. The handle does not bend much at all, is well sealed from the bottle with a solid crimp and does not seem to collect any liquid when the urinal is full. The lid closes tight and seals very secure. The opening inside rim is smooth.

The most important feature I appreciate is the firmness of the handle. It does not bend or give way during use, a critical benefit for a patient with limited use of upper limbs. The only thing I would change is making the measurements easier to read. However, a Sharpie marker could modify it as needed in the home. I wish I had thought of that previously... The smooth texture of the plastic resists buildup when rinsed regularly. A pack of three was an extra benefit.

I recently spent a month in the hospital, and then six months in a nursing home. I got used to the convenience of a bedside urinal (I have a prostate problem). These Carex urinals, unlike the "hospital grade" ones, have lids that actually SEAL, so the room smells better, and there's less danger of spilling. Though the company only touts these as "disposable," they're made of thick plastic for durability, and they seem to be much higher quality than any others I've used.

These urinals are well made and although marked disposable, they can be properly washed and used over and over again.

Purchased for 92 year old father with mobility issues. Sturdy and well made. Best he has tried using.

Ordered these for hubby. Better quality than expected. Strong astic, soft at the rim. Seals tightly.

Heavier and seems a lot more durable than one I paid more for at the local drug store.

A good product that is very useful.

Sturdy but the lids are hard to close, so you are sitting there sloshing pee all over as you fight to close the lid. Most often, I gave up and had to deal with the urine smell. Till the following morning. Im going to have to order another brand and toss these.

Says it's a 3 pack. I got only one bottle. Also the lid is clumsy and hard to close.
