I have used your Carex women's cane for 7 years now. Despite the claims of many other canes, I have found yours to be the best. It is light weight yet strong. It's curved handle lets it be hooked over the arm or hung on a chair back or table. It is easy to adjust. And the curved handle is more comfortable to the hand than other straight-handle designs. I always order the gray cane tips because they are less likely to slip than the more commonly available black tips. Thank you for an excellent product.

What I dislike about this product is that they start to run over basically soon as you use them

These cane feet tips are the right size for the cane, but the material is lower quality and not as thick as the originals. I expect to have to replace them in a year.

I really didn't realize, that your artificial intelligence couldn't figure out that a tip for a cane needs to have the size be measured for the outside diameter of the chain, rather then the inside of the cane!

I bought these cane tips for the cane I had purchased from you some months back. It had started to fray and was in danger of cutting the surfaces where I walked (carpet, tile, wood). Four sane adults and one strong teenager have tried to use each of the four tips, but they are too narrow to fit your cane. We tried vaseline hoping it would assist in putting them on the cane. We tried clipping one hoping to give one a wider top and facilitate putting on the cane thinking the wider top would allow us to force it on the cane. That didn't work. How having to purchase a new cane just to save my floors. Bad product!!!

CAREX ALUMINUM ROUND HANDLE CANE, SILVER (MEN'S AND WOMEN'S OPTION) Since I read how you ignored the man's purchase of a cane when he had a problem with the incorrect height measurement, I stopped my purchase of two additional canes, tips, and other accessories for my sister. I may be back cause I really like the three canes I have purchased. It is just you can't extend their lives. Sad that you didn't respond to the one purchaser and ignored me for an unknown amount of time. You have a decent basic product.
