exactly what i needed
came packaged well and quickly. i ordered two of these because a family member needs liquid medicine but requires an oral syringe to take it and other products were poor quality (the numbers and measuring lines would fade off the syringes) or difficult to use (the plungers would get stuck and were not easily removable). however this carex oral syringe is a good size to fit the hand and use, the adapter is convenient (even though i personally don't use it with my family member, but it's nice to know it's there if i needed to for any reason), and the plunger works smoothly AND is removable too. it's extremely easy to rinse and clean too. it was strangely hard to find single milliliter measurements for an oral syringe so i was glad to find this! it's perfect!

I love the adapter it makes getting medicine out of the bottle so easy, no mess at all. The adapter and syringe were perfect for our medicine bottle
