These are absorbant, sturdy, and soft. Unlike cheap disposable versions, these chucks can be used to reposition a patient quite easily. They don't make crinkly noises either. We had several and just used them in daily rotation. They are well made and stand up to daily washing. The only complaint is that the binding shrinks a little if you don't stretch it out. The larger size provides excellent coverage area. They were a life saver for us.

The size is great and the pads are soft and flexible in wash (sometimes some pads are stiff and don't relax in wash).

Bed pad does not lay perfectly flat and it does leak when a lot of liquid is absorbed. However, it is not useless as I use it to protect a chair or couch cushion from light spills.

Bought this to use after surgery to protect bed. It felt like I was laying on a trash bag. Very noisy and stuck to my skin. Yes, I did have the cotton side up.
