Well I couldn't find this by the bag, so i removed the grounds from the k-cup and brewed in my drip machine. I just think you get a better flavor extraction. Caribou was generous with the amount of grams of coffee @40 g. Most k cups don't measure up, and the grounds don't saturate well in the keurig. Anyway, to stay on topic, the coffee is very good and tasty. I used 2:2 ratio.

I start every morning with Bou Yah! It's smooth and a little sweet. I love the flavor and I love supporting a Minnesota-born company, Caribou Coffee. They have excellent products. I hope this one stays around for a long time!

We love Bou Yah coffee k-cups! We used to buy them at our local grocery stores, but they stopped carrying it. We were pleased to learn that Keurig offers them and we were able to order online. This is a far more cost effective way for us to purchase coffee as we can order in bulk and have it delivered to our door. Keurig also offers many other great products which we plan to purchase in the future, and the service is outstanding!

The description says the coffee had sweet notes. I don't like sugar in my coffee so didn't think I would like it. It is not bitter and is NOT sweet. It is a good flavor to enjoy if you prefer a light roast or need an afternoon pick me up but don't want to be up all night. I enjoy it!

I'm ok with the flavor. I actually bought it for my husband. He doesn't care for it at all. He even had a co-worker try a k-pod of this brand/flavor. He said the same thing, "it's bitter." Neither are a fan. It works as a backup cup of coffee, in case your out of everything else.
