The taste is good; I have tasted better. But not at this price point. My son loves it, and so do I. One package, one sandwich. So convenient. I guess you could make 2 sandwiches out of it, but we are grown men from Texas. And sometimes we just open the package and eat it! Don't tell my wife.
The Buddig brand is so good. For busy people . Comes in small packages and have 3. Different types. Ham turkey and beef lunch meat . Prefer the beef flavor and I add gravy to the whole package at dinner time . And at lunch I make a sandwich . Quick and easy add the lettuce and tomato and cheese and pickles and you have a good healthy lunch time .
This lunchmeat is VERY thin. I buy it to give my dog her meds. I had tried everything, because she is so picky. But, she's there and waiting first thing in the morning for it. I've snuck a couple of pieces while giving her the meds, and it taste pretty good. Great price as well!!
This turkey made a really delicious turkey sandwich. I was very happy with the taste and texture. The turkey, I believe, is great for a healthy diet as well. This product is above average in quality and priced very reasonably. I definitely recommend this product!
I use this to give my dog her pills. I cut the whole package in half. Then I use a half circle to wrap her 3 pills and she swallows them down. Other lunch meats can be too thick, then she chews it and spits out the pills. The Buddig works great and is way cheaper than pill pockets.
This was a very economical feeling purchase that I did not have overly high expectations of. We ate these meat products when I was very young which means they were extremely economical and probably not the highest of content quality. I still think it is a good price point for a handy size as a couple sandwiches or snack on the go yet I will not buy again due to the texture and taste. Not a bad product, just not for me.
well I think it's very economical if you want a quick dinner and you don't really feel like cooking so this would be the Great economical dinner especially for one person but I also have to take into consideration it has a lot of salt in it and I'm trying to cut back on my salt intake so I can't buy it on a regular basis like I used to but other than that it's good lunch meat
This Carl Buddig Turkey is extremely thin and way too salty. It takes at least half of the 2-oz pouch to make one filling sandwich. While the resealable bag is nice, I'd only recommend this if you are on an extremely tight budget.
This is my 3rd and last time shopping from Walmart. The goods that we buy should be fresh. My last 6 orders have had stale n expired products. Customer care doesn't care for they keep telling me to contact the manufacturer. I want a refund for all that is have bought that was not fresh.
Normally a great product, received this item and when we opened it, it had mold. We will admit this is not common and must have been to a dramatic temp. Change before we received it. We purchased the ham and it was fine.
