Cooking with Carlo Rossi Sweet Wine.
I love Carlo Rossi Sweet Red Wine. I.use it to cook with and I have a drink on a weekend . I use it in my gravy and on my roast in the slow cooker. It makes your roast tender.

I almost hate to rate this wine because I don't want it running off the shelves. lol Not too sweet and not too bitter. The best "Sweet Red" I've tasted and believe me, I've tried several during my search for a suitable red wine.
