This is my first use of a gps tracking device and happy to say this CarLock product is exceeding my expectations. Easy to install (you can hide it using a OBD splitter) stays connected no matter where I drive to, notifies me exactly when it arms itself, if there is motion, if its disconnected, and if I start the vehicle without disarming. Many different settings and parameters. Customer service is also great (I had questions about installing in another car and they emailed me back in less than 24 hours). Fantastic! Even the less than $10 per month monitoring fee is one of the lowest prices around for gps car monitoring! Great product and service CarLock. Keep it up!

This product is amazing and works exactly as described. My only complaint is that the size of the device does not allow for you to close the compartment where it is stored. If made slightly smaller, it would be perfect!

I've had this for about a week and haven't yet seen it in action other than when i leave it activated and start my car. when it senses a "vibration" it gives you a notification. This seems to only happen when I actually unlock and open my car door. if you touch your car it does not give you an alert and when you do open your door and start your car, there is no external alarm, in fact you only get an alarm on your own phone so im not sure how much of a deterrent to a potential thief that would be. the device itself is quite obvious in its location, too. i would like a device to at least have an alarm that goes off when someone touches or tries to open the car door. all this device does is notify you when someone is already in your vehicle, apparently. i will probably return considering the monthly fee is not worth it imo. it does give you driving habit info.

Loved it till it stoped working now I'm unable to know what's going on with my auto and somebody tried to steal it already that's why I got this ugh
