great product
Easy on the stomach and easy to swallow, I take 3 a day with meals.

Antioxidents - good mix
Good quality good quantity (mgs). Wish one could take only one to get recommended dose. Two caps very large. Very costly. Rated 3 stars due to high cost

more inclusive and less expensive
Carlson ACES formula is good, but It is more inclusive and less expensive overall to take two NOW Foods Liquid Multi Gels per day.

There's better out there
Good source of L-selenium, but the A is in the form of beta-carotene - not a bioavailable form; the C is Calcium Ascorbate?; D is only d-alpha tocopherol without tocotrienols. Thankfully calcium is at a minimum in this supplement, as most people have too much in their blood and not enough in their bones (fixed by taking Vit K2, not more calcium).
