Good dosage of vitamins, i usually take them periodically, to cover the deficiencies. Easy yo swallow softgels, great manufacturer. Recommend it!

Good composition with Calcium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) and Vitamin A, E as well as some calcium and selenium. Not too many additives and easy to swallow soft gels.

It softgzls, so hopefully easier to digest, however when you take several minerals at the same time, they compete with each other for absorption. So doesn't make much sense

The ingredients in this product are excellent. It does have a strong vitamin smell and the capsules are larger than I had expected. I will use them up but probably not order the same product again.
