it's pricey, but believe me this Carlson is the best quality of acetyl carntine in all brands here. taste is similar to vinegar occur from acetylated the carntine. I took 2 scope mixed with my pre workout drink, I loose some fat with it.

This product is easily dissolved. I take as many supplements as I can that dissolve in water. I take this for cognitive support and at 82 yo do not have many memory problems and I want to keep it that way.
