Carlson B-50 Gels, 50 Soft Gels

This is my 1 time of this brand. I found vitamins in i-herb. Just received today. For a finally result conclusion need to anticipate for longer testing. Smell is not strong. Taste is good.

I've used this B-50 complex for years because it's the only softgel formula I've found that contains quality ingredients and has no unpleasant taste. The gel size is on the large side but much easier to swallow than a V-cap or tablet. I've never had niacin flush from this formula. B-complex has many great effects including nervous system and metabolism support. I love the calm feeling I get when I take this formula.

I can't live without vitamin B! This one has a high doses of all eight essential B vitamins, including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, and pantothenic acid. Easy to swallow gel capsules. Some of the amounts of vitamin B in this product are higher that the average body needs but that does not really affect the body negatively since what is not absorbed by the body will come out in your pee (really, the urine gets bright yellow, so don't be scared, that normal!)

I usually dislike taking b vitamins because of the smell and find them hard to swallow, so I'm glad I found a gel version! They are a good size and good ingredients. Haven't taken them long enough to know how they impact me compared to other b-50 vitamins, but no negative side effects thus far!
