best calcium/magnesium on the market
I have used many calcium/magnesium products over the past 20 years, and EVERY time Carlson's was out of stock and I tried another product, before the new product was used up, my nails grew weaker and broke; on Carlson they are indestructable and grow so long and fast that it is annoying to keep up with filing or cutting them. I take the product for my bones, not my nails, but this is a visible indicator of how well my body processes the Carlson as opposed to other brands. My doctor recommended this brand many years ago, and I can see why. It also causes no stomach upset, is easy to take, and creates no side effects.
