For my age I mistvtake a bone support supplement so Indecided for this one because of the good composition. However, I find the tablets very difficult to swallow, even when I cut them in half

this new supplement from Carlson is a great quality blend of calcium and magnesium. I will report back after using it for a while regarding the effectiveness.

The tablets are quite large. My mom have to split them in two at least ot swallow it. And they are not easy to cut.
