I lack iron in my blood. One tablet a day provides 150% of the daily needs, a dose for one hundred days. It is easy to take, there are no unwanted effects. I expect good results after the therapy!
Effective iron supplement with minimal digestive issues. It's easy on the stomach compared to other iron supplements I've tried. I've noticed a difference in my energy levels since I started taking it.
I love this supplement. I don't have feel any unpleasant taste or have constipation after taking it. I always take it before my first meal in early morning.
Seems to be good quality and good value for money compared to the chemist smaller packaging. Haven't experienced constipation or other negative side effects
My tests revealed anemia and I chose this iron supplement and I can say that the quality and composition of this supplement is at the highest level! The chelated form is an easily accessible form of iron, it is a combination of a mineral and an amino acid (organic and inorganic). It is well absorbed. I really like the size, dosage, quality of this product.
High quality mineral ingredients, small sized tablets. I Take a tablet every second day for maximum absorption for chronic iron deficiency. My blood tests are showing the benefits of supplementing this and my symptoms are reducing after 10+ years of anaemia. The package is cute (not important but still.)
Carlson's Chelated Iron supplement, providing 27 mg per tablet, is highly effective for those looking to address iron deficiencies without common gastrointestinal side effects. The chelation process enhances absorption, making the iron more bioavailable. This large pack of 250 tablets offers great value, ensuring long-term supplementation needs are met efficiently.
Got this when my usual brand was out of stock. Did not notice any deficiency in potency. No weird taste, no side effects, seemed to absorb as well as other products. Overall quality and packaging was sufficient. Nice quantity for the price. Will buy again.
I haven't had my iron checked since taking these so can't confirm efficacy. But I can say that these iron tablets don't cause me stomach pain, unlike a stronger formulation of another brand used to.
I would never normally write a bad review. But I've had to take iron bisglycinate for years, continuously. It's the only form of iron that works for me. If I stop taking it, my iron drops, and I become anaemic. So I know without a doubt that this does not work for me. I have been taking 2 tablets just to get anything from it and even then I'm low and symptomatic.
