So many supplements are such high dose -- many times the daily requirement. This is a much more reasonable dose from a high-quality manufacturer. Higher quantity of capsules as well.

I like this supplement because it is only 100 IU of Vitamin E. Most supplements of Vitamin E are 400 whicj is too much for me. So this is a great "top up" of Vitamin E. Solgar is also 100 IU but it is more expensive.
