This brand was recommended by a Doctor who's book I have read to be one of the best because they contain all 8 parts of Vit E. Easy to take and price is ok if you divide it over the months that they will last :)

They are excellent but bit too over pricy just for 60 capsules in a very small bottle. I've started taking it n will see the result in a month time.

The soft gel is easy to swallow - and to open with a toothpick when I want to rub it into my skin. The consistency is smooth, not too oily yet substantial. When I open the capsule and squeeze the contents into my mouth, I swear it delivers relief to my lungs quickly. This is the best vitamin E formula I have found.

. I thought this was comparable to Dr.Mercola's brand because iherb's description of it says it contains sunflower oil but not soybean oil . . however the ingredients on the bottle I got today says ingredients include soybean oil and palm oil . . I wanted to replace Dr. Mercola's Vitamin E because it tastes aweful like it's rancid, so I got carlson's to compare 2 sunflower-based vit' e formulas only to find that carlson's isn't just from sunflowers . . it does taste very fresh but I don't trust soy .
