Excellent. Gamma E Gems by Carlson second to none!
Carlson Labs are the only brand for vitamin E ,cod liver oil and DHA that I take and trust . They are excellent and come highly recommended by Dr Sherry Rogers.

Very worthwhile product.
The 2024 new batch has smaller softgels & it now takes 2 vs. 1 softgel to get the same amount. (Carlson should be able to verify.) But I do like the product.
