This is a high gamma-tocopherol vitamin E, which is more balanced than the usual alpha-tocopherol formulas. Gamma-tocopherol is the most abundant form of naturally occurring vitamin E in the diet. The only competitor that I am aware of is Ultimate E, which is also very good.

this blend of tocopherols is great for strengthening the immune system, those are the greatest benefits i felt. also helps the skin.
