Okay my senior ladies. We need some moisture help in yonder region. This is a major help for that nasty dryness. Insert at night and stay lying down. Keep them in the refrigerator. Honestly, these are a game changer and bring relief.

A menopausal MUST BUY!
Will it fall apart? Yes, so I put them in the refrigerator as others suggested. But does it help, especially menopausal women? GAME CHANGER, LIFE CHANGER!

very hard to insert. doesnt stay in, keeps coming out. It stains your panties and bedding, so you have to wear a pad with it. in my opinion, its too messy to use, and very uncomfortable
