Carlson L-Glutamine - 100 Grams

It's been a hot minute since I had the opportunity to sample a Carlson Labs product. As I used to be a big fan of their liquid D3 supplements. Unfortunately, my needs graduated to a formulation and dosage that can only be found in pill/capsulation form. As for the quality of L-Glutamine itself... I had been taking an L-Glutamine... from another brand... that had somehow got shelved during a move and very slow unboxing period. As I was both nearing the end of it and not attached to the brand in any way... I decided to browse what's currently on the market. And what are the best selling formulations that keep consumers coming back for more. Was grateful when this product arrived as I had just ran out of the other, prior to it's arrival. Tried it on its own the next morning. And then with my homemade go-to blend of powders, oils, gels, and tinctures. The gentle yet sustained energy is what I noticed first. Then a slightly smoother running digestive system (recurring Crohn's flare ups since diagnosis in 2009). But most importantly for me... in my current stage of symptomology and disorder maturation... was noticing the effect it seemed to have on my this hard-working musculoskeletal system. Harmonizing beautifully with mag bisglycinate, MSM, and buffered sodium ascorbate. Would highly recommend.

This L glutamine does not have a smell nor taste/after taste, texture easy to dissolve from stirring. Helps me with my bloated tummy, helps me build enough muscle after workout & burn fats effectively. I love that the brand have this small package for travel purposes.

I took it to help repair my gut lining. I probably have ibs and this product really worked like a charm.

Love taking l-glutamine in morning before a workout. Great quality ingredient and the taste is okay maybe a bit bitter but I mix it with a bit of lemon or electrolyte tablet.

If you go to the gym and get sore for days, this will save you!! Just make sure to take it the same day that you worked out on, and youre soreness will be reduced 90%!! I mix mine in hot chocolate drink and it's as if it's not there. No taste at all and so beneficial. This is my second purchase and I plan to continue on it
