While I have not been taking the supplement for long enough to discern noticeable effects, I can say that it is a somewhat broad spectrum product which is a decent value for money. It is one of the best in terms of nutrient amounts, when compared to other brands. I take a double dose, (4 softgels). My desired dosage is based on therapeutic doses utilised in the scientific literature.

great product I ordered it after my physician recommended me I already feel the difference the ingredients are great the size of the soft gels are a bit big for me and have a weird aftertaste but other than that I can see the benefits I would recommend though to keep in the fridge if you live in a hot summer climate like me I would recommend you to try for yourself ☺️

Just started taking this supplement and so far so good. Haven't noticed any significant benefits from it since it's only about three or four days but I'll definitely be cing back to post another review on this supplement. The capsule is medium and easy to swallow. Overall quality is great as well.

I have used this Carlson brand product for many years. It contains the basics with vitamins A, C, and E and minerals Zinc and Selenium. The skin, immune system, and many other parts of the body are aided by these basic nutrients. I highly recommend it!

Our family had been using Carlson Labs ACES+Zn for about 3 years now. It really helps keep the cold and flus away. They do smell pretty strong at first BUT after a bit you don't notice it and the results are so worth the smelly few seconds the bottle is open. The pills are rather larger but easy to swallow. My husband used to use “emergen-C” or “airborne” but now he only uses these!! HIGHLY recommend this produce.

I have recommended this product to many people for the early onset of a cold or flu but this is a must have for people who are prone to acne. Easy on the stomach as well! If you have a teenager in your household then you definitely want them to take two of these per day.

I took these for most of winter and had no colds or flu at all! About a month after I stopped taking them, late winter/early spring, I got a terrible upper respiratory thing that I still can't shake, 5 weeks along and I still have a bit of a cough. I will definitely start taking these again next winter and will keep taking them until spring is well established! I know it's anecdotal, but I really believe these are a great boost to immunity.

Carlson makes this supplement a good complex with Vitamin A, C, E and the minerals selenium and zinc. Easy to swallow soft gels that are just the right size with good dosage (not too much of anything). It's not the quantity but the bioavailability that matters.
