ENERGY GALORE!
I've only added 1 thing to my regiment lately and that's these B Complex vitamins. Within 24 hours I woke up with a pep in my step! I am not totally worn about by my workout routine. I haven't had to take a mid-day nap! I am absolutely THRILLED with the energy this vitamin has given me!

No Yucky B burps
My MD recommended this product after asking me why I wasn't taking B vitamins. I could not stand the smell of B vitamin pills upon opening the bottle or the yucky B burps from taking them. This product has solved that problem.
