I order for the second time. I use to regulate my blood pressure but have noticed a huge improvement in the strength and curl of my hair. Great amount for months supply. Small and easy to swallow tablets.

My family began using Carlson Vitamin E in the early 1970s when one of my dad's heart doctors recommended he do so. I feel better when I take Carlson Vitamin E. Moreover, I know it is made carefully. I used to live near the Carlson lab and bought my Vitamin E and other supplements directly from them for a while. I was always impressed with Carlson Laboratories and the care they took to make their products. I think it's still the highest quality natural Vitamin E available for sale. I've tried other brands and never been as satisfied with anything but this one.

Good E
Carlson has a great product line and these E's are a good healthy way to keep the E vitamin flowing in your bloodstream. How does anybody know if any vitamin is effective? I guess feeling good is the key, and I'd say I'm in pretty good shape for my age!

No Soybean Oil
I looked through a lot of ingredients labels to find a Vitamin E brand which did not list soybean oil. It is important to me that my vitamins not contain GMOs. This one is the only one I could find, and it is natural.

EZ to Use
I find this product ez to use and that is important to me since I take a lot of supplements that are HUGE and this is a good size. Plus I can easily break the capsules apart when using them for addtional purposes such as skin care.

No soy vitamin e.
It's hard to find vitamin e not made with soy. I, personally, do not tolerate soy well. So this product does what I need it to do.
