This is the first time i get it in this brand.I like that its only 1 capaule needed to take,not like others 3 and more to get the same amount of the daily lecithin dose.

The whole family takes lecithin on an ongoing basis. This lecithin is our favorite. We tried different forms, the powder is not always convenient to take with you, we didn't like the liquid one at all. This one is the most optimal.
