Non-GMO Lecithin, derived from soybeans, is a natural source of choline and phospholipids, which promote healthy nervous system function, liver function, and fat utilization. Each soft gel provides 1,200 mg of unbleached Soya Lecithin. (Note: Carlson Lecithin consists of not less than 60% phosphatides, meeting the Food Chemical Codex for true lecithin.)
This is the first time i get it in this brand.I like that its only 1 capaule needed to take, not like others 3 and more to get the same amount of the daily lecithin dose.
Beautiful packaging, arrived quickly. Convenient and correct. On the advice of my nutritionist
Very good for liver,I used already 2 bottles Unfortunately, the don't do delivery anymore to my location so sad:(
Search online for yourself for it's benefits. It is a natural emulsifier that can lower blood cholesterol, but also it is a precursor to forming acetylcholine that our body uses to transfer cholinesterase across our nerve synapses. Those involved in heavy stressful exercise may benefit from this.
The best quality. Essential supplement for digestion. Must-have at 40+ age
This Lecithin has been a great addition to my supplement routine! The 1,200 mg dosage is stellar, and I've noticed improved cognitive function, better digestion, and enhanced liver support since taking it regularly. The soft gels are easy to swallow, and I appreciate Carlsons standard of making their products with non-GMO and high-quality ingredients. Lecithin is a great source of phospholipids, which help with brain function, nerve health, and fat metabolism. Get this great product!
The whole family takes lecithin on an ongoing basis. This lecithin is our favorite. We tried different forms, the powder is not always convenient to take with you, we didn't like the liquid one at all. This one is the most optimal.
it's not my first order, I know for my skin, brain, and other parts/concerns I have to take lecithin. It's not a prescription from the doctor, but from nutriciologist.
I still wonder about the quality and benefits of this product. I willsee if everything is correct about ingredients once my lab result come.
