Vitamin C Crystals
I prefer crystals; it has been my experience that healing is hastened when I increase vitamin C. I prefer crystals because I can use it in juices, which is easier for me to use than the tablet form. The product is very good.

Convenient, I like it
I bought this to use with my Methylate Blue, for better absorption in the body. It's quite strong tasting, but it makes the nasty taste from the blue way more tolerable! I'm happy with it.

Vitamin C Crystals
They seem to help with bathroom regularity. It easily dissolves in water. It tastes like lemonade without the sugar--a citrus taste. A friend takes it to hopefully prevent colds.

works fine, but be very careful in the amount that you use! the enclosed measuring spoon enclosed with the product is 2000 mg. this equates the maximum recommended of vitamin C per day! if care is taken to take only one quarter of the measuring cup each time. so four (4) usages will have you reach the maximum of 2,000 mg per day.
