Carlson, ACES, Vitamins A, C, E + Selenium multivitamin was recommended to me by my friend. The ingredients have a number of vitamins together. The size is not too big and easy to swallow. The recommendated dosage is 2 soft gels but I take one. I like the fact that it has no taste. I have noticed my skin is looking lovely.

The ingredients in this product are excellent. It does have a strong vitamin smell and the capsules are larger than I had expected. I will use them up but probably not order the same product again.

It softgzls, so hopefully easier to digest, however when you take several minerals at the same time, they compete with each other for absorption. So doesn't make much sense
