Good vitamins work well

There's better out there
Good source of L-selenium, but the A is in the form of beta-carotene - not a bioavailable form; the C is Calcium Ascorbate?; D is only d-alpha tocopherol without tocotrienols. Thankfully calcium is at a minimum in this supplement, as most people have too much in their blood and not enough in their bones (fixed by taking Vit K2, not more calcium).

Carlson Labs is a reliable manufacturer. I order several supplements from them and have never been disappointed.

these are great. they absorn good. kinda leaves a bad tastes in mouth but itvdies the trick

good but can be better
It is good content with two softgels per day, but NOW Foods Liquid Multi Gels is even better, when it comes to the more comprehensive content and better price.
