I love it since I have difficulty on finding vegan non gelatin product for chewable calcium and this one works best

I have to go against the grain of most reviewers. My son who is now four has been chewing these since he was a couple months shy of three. He loves them, it actually is his favorite supplement that he takes. Yes, they are about the size of a quarter however, you can cut it in half if you need to chew smaller pieces. It does have a strong vanilla scent however, I think that is what my son loves (not like most supplements out there for kids that are fruit flavored. This one is different). Overall, we like this brand and Swansons has it for a great price!

As the other review says, this is grainy but it's not bad. Kids don't have any trouble chewing this and no complaints re: flavor. Chewable calcium citrate and a reasonable price is hard to find. This does the job.

They are chalky tablets like a Flinstone Vitamin but they work just fine and they are highly vanilla flavor. Toddler eats them just fine! However shipping takes about 2 weeks and I wish I could buy them in store, hate that!

My 7-year old son has been using this for the past 2 weeks. Good source of children's chewable calcium. He loves the taste. The tablet is slightly bigger than the normal size, which made me nervous initially if he swallowed it mistakenly. But overall a good quality item. Would recommend it

A little powdery

Chalky, but good flavor.

The product is fine for older or even adults but, my 6 & 4 year old would not eat these. They are very chalking and don't have enough flavor to overpower the taste. I tasted them too and even I had to admit they don't taste good. Most kids probably won't eat these.

Had high hopes since i like many other Carlsons products but this one let me down big time. The flavor is ok a bit chalky but doable, its the texture that is unbearable. Aweful grainy crack your teeth terrible! Chewing it is just not an option uless you have teeth of steel, ive tried crushing it and disolving it and neither works. Maybe if it were mixed in something frozen like a smoothie? O well i continue my search for a decent chewable calcium supplement.
