I was looking for a good source of vitamin E because I have a genetic condition of low absorption and wanted to complement it. I tried other brands, and they always made me sick. i was on the fence about buying a vitamin E. some experts claim its the best supplement on the planet, other say its terrible... the more i did my research the more confused i got. but apparentely tocotrienols are the best vitamin e option so i Bought this and only take it when i eat out and am exposed to seed oils to counteract the oxidative effect.

Excellent quality product for your heart and liver and overall health! It is a bit expensive, but you have to decide if your health is your priority. Taking it twice daily specially for seniors is a big plus!

This is the ONLY kind of vitamin E we really need. All others do not fulfill our need for this vitamine. Carlson is a trustworthy brand. The are easily digested and very small but must of course be taken with food

Just started taking this. I supposed these are reliable, as advised. More a precaution than anything.

I bought this because I thought it was primarily Tocotrienols but it also has a considerable tocopherols and is confusing, and disappointing. I'm glad I only bought 30 and maybe it is working.
