Carlson Labs Totally Zen, 120 Capsules

I wanted to find something like Stasis but less expensive and for what I can tell it does the same thing that they describe but I don't know for sure because I have not tried Stasis. I feel much more calm and less stressed.

Helps take the edge off my morning caffeine for me and also gives me some calmness to a stressful day.

Lovely combination and does what it says on the label - make you feel quite chilled.

I bought this for my husband, and he uses it with another supplement. He says he has been seeing a difference in his mood and anxiety regulation.

I have not felt anything while using thi s supplement. Nothing at all. Maybe need more time. But I could tell that other Carlson products are much more effective ones.

My bad for not reading ingredients - no way I'll consume beef gelatin. So I've tried emptying capsule and putting powder in smoothies. Will probably gift a "beefy" friend the rest of the bottle.
