This is my 3rd package because the dosage is very high which is difficult to find. It effects so nicely the sleep, the hormone balance, the joints and the overall health. I sleep much better and feel that my body has just enough minerals to cope with everyday stress. The taste is neutral, and the size of the pills is excellent for using on a regular basis.

It's a bit pricey, I wish it was cheaper. It is the best form of magnesium though and there are enough tables for 4 months. When it comes to the size, they are very big - keep it in mind if you have issues with swallowing pills.

My absolute favourite magnesium. I was recommended this by my friend a few years ago and now i understand why. The quality of this product is very apparent in comparison to other brands and love different size bottles or dosage available.

With all my supplements I bought from different companies. I started using other Carlson products and have now moved my magnesium to Carlson. Fair price and works great for what I need.

Simple basic packaging and the magnesium compound comes in large sized white pills with no taste. Seems to be good quality. I take it before bed to benefit relaxation of muscles and sleep especially after a stressful day and after exercise / working out. Do not take in excess as it may lead to mineral imbalance.

I have a problem with my legs especially during night time. I can't sleep because of restless legs and cramps. Taking this whenever i my symptoms start help me greatly! It helps me sleep at night!

I was under the impression that these were soft capsules but they are not. So far it's ok for digestive system as they do dissolve quicker than I thought.

These tablets are much larger and harder to swallow than another 200 mg glycinate tablet I had purchased before. I couldn't find that brand anymore, so tried these, but I wish I had gotten a smaller bottle. It also doesn't state the percentage of magnesium glycinate, so as far as I know, it could be mostly magnesium oxide.
